We buy from Chinese producers directly, with no Singapore intermediary and no chain of traders. Each producer is named on the SDS and the COA you receive; we make no origin claim beyond that paper.
FZ holds its own capital in the plant that makes our oil–water demulsifier. It is a stake, not a title: we do not call ourselves the manufacturer, and the plant's own name is on the paper.
What we are not: a marketplace, a sourcing agent paid by the factory, or a stockist. We hold no Malaysian stock; every offer states its lead time, and a consignment lot is offered only once it is physically on the ground.

Where more than one producer supplies an order, cargo is consolidated at the loading port into one container. Dangerous-goods classification, HS codes and export paperwork handled with the producer's forwarder.

Terms are set on the offer for each named grade and volume. They are never negotiated by chat, and they never depend on urgency.
