These are ceilings, not averages. Most inquiries hear back the same day and most samples land inside a week — but we would rather promise you the slow number and beat it than the fast one and explain ourselves. Anyone can claim "responsive service"; a stated deadline is a promise you can catch us breaking, which is exactly why you can trust it.
Why it matters who holds the mandate
Anyone can quote you a price. Very few can answer for the factory.
Chemical procurement fails in three ways: you overpay a chain of middlemen, you have no recourse when a batch goes wrong, or you get cut first when supply tightens. A principal mandate answers all three — structurally, not as a promise.

Factory A-class pricing reaches you with one desk in between — ours. No stacked margins, no mystery about where your money goes.
Broker reality: three intermediaries, each adding 3–8%, none of whom has seen the plant.
Recourse
Your contract is with the mandate holder. Quality liability flows through to the producer — with retained batch samples as the referee.
Broker reality: an off-spec claim dies in a chat thread with a trader who has already been paid.

When the market tightens, allocation follows the mandate. Our customers are the factory's committed channel, not its spot overflow.
